Once a potential tenancy has been agreed we will require the administration fee and referencing fees to be transferred to start the application process. Upon receipt of satisfactory references the Tenancy Agreement will be drawn up and an invoice sent for the first months’ rent, Security Deposit and Tenancy Agreement. These initial monies will be due at least one working day prior to the occupation date. Your Security Deposit will be protected with My Deposits and the Deposit Protection Certificate sent to you within fourteen days of occupation. Please note the administration fee and referencing fees are non-refundable unless the Landlord decides not to proceed with the Tenancy (for reasons other than unsatisfactory references). At the end of the Tenancy the check-out will be arranged and the fee for this deducted from the Security Deposit unless alternative payment arrangements are agreed.

Administration fee: £240.00

Security Deposit: 1.5 months’ rent

Credit checks/referencing:  £25.00 / person

New tenancy agreements:  £75.00

Further alterations to agreement (extra):  £25.00

Renewal tenancy agreements:  £45.00
